Roger Vincent
Founder and CIO
Roger Vincent has over twenty-five years of Private Equity investment experience across global Buyout, Growth Equity, and Venture Capital markets, including both direct and fund level investment roles. Most recently he spent over a decade leading the Cornell University Endowment Private Equity portfolio making commitments to a diverse set of managers, including hard-to-access established managers and undiscovered emerging managers.
Previously, he was a partner executing control buyout transactions at Founders Equity, a New York based lower-middle market buyout firm. Roger started his career at the DLJ Merchant Banking Group, before transitioning to increasingly senior direct investment roles at the Sprout Group and Founders Equity.
Roger has a B.A. from Dartmouth College and an M.B.A. from Columbia University with Beta Gamma Sigma academic honors.
